As an Affiliate Member, we understand that the information contained in this application can be used on the FABI website in our Affiliate listing. We understand that we have no voting rights within the organization. We understand that we cannot hold office within the organization. We understand that we can use only the Affiliate Member logo, as described in the Policies and Procedures Manual, for as long as we remain an Affiliate Member and that, if we decide to resign our Affiliate Membership, we will cease using the logo immediately. We understand that using the Affiliate Logo and being an Affiliate Member shall not imply endorsement by FABI.
